NEW DAY REALTY, LLC is a family owned agency founded in St. Louis, MO in 2004 by Sandra M. Dew-Gainey. It was created to make dreams come true and help families embrace the idea of spending the rest of their life as a homeowner. We have the flexibility and freedom to support clients in a way that is most effective, and specific to their individual lifestyle. SANDRA M. DEW-GAINEY founded New Day Realty, LLC because of her concern for the client beyond housing, to ensure that the decisions they made for themselves and their families are complete. She has been in the Real Estate Industry for 20 years and has achieved much during her career, and has supported many clients along the way. Sandra has been an integral part of over 30 major housing developments in both St. Louis City and St. Louis County, working hand and hand with developers to create and fill communities, which provide a return to the neighborly atmosphere . Some of these major developments include: MCPHERSON PLACE TOWNHOMES; WESTMINSTER PLACE TOWNHOMES; TRAMPE HEIGHTS; HENRIETTA PLACE; GASLIGHT SQUARE; SHAW PLACE TOWNHOMES; WEST END ESTATE;, JENNINGS; PINE LAWN; PAGEDALE; ST CHARLES AND VARIED NORTH COUNTY COMMUNITIES all have families who chose New Day Realty to represent them.  She also works with major companies interested in Bulk Land Acquisition, and with St. Louis Public Schools for sale of Surplus Real Estate Properties.

JESSICA GAINES is Sandra M. Dew-Gaineys' granddaughter and Sales Agent for New Day Realty, LLC. She has worked with Sandra for over 10 years, learning the ins and outs of the business and most of all developing a growing compassion and concern for families interested in owning their own property. Jessica serves first time buyers, assisting by walking them through a step by step process, explaining in detail every portion of the transaction and advising by giving them all information necessary to make sound decisions, which best suit their way of life. She also has experience working with investors looking to begin or expand their portfolios, and can educate any interested person on LRA property and Historic Tax Credits. Jessica is devoted to the well being of all her clients and their education about purchasing a new home or selling their current family home to embark on the next journey.
